Refund Policy

We do not accept any refund's, cancelations or returns after your order has been placed as you are ordering a custom products made specifically for you. 

Damages and issues-

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with any damages or issues in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
